Booking terms & conditions

Sending a booking request through this website does not create a booking or take any payment. We reply with a written quote that confirms the itinerary, dates, hotels and final price for your group.

Prices shown on the website are starting prices per person sharing a twin room. The final price depends on group size, travel dates, hotel category and any changes you ask for.

Your booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and we receive the deposit stated in it. The deposit amount, balance due date and accepted payment methods are set out in your written quote.

If you need to change your dates or itinerary, tell us as early as possible. We will do our best to make changes, but hotel, flight or permit costs that change as a result are passed on at cost.

Cancellation charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on costs already paid to hotels, airlines and suppliers. The charges that apply to your trip are listed in your quote.

Mountain roads can close because of landslides or snow, and flights to Skardu and Gilgit depend on the weather. When this happens your guide adjusts the plan on the day, with your safety first. Extra nights or transport caused by these events are not included in the tour price.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and visa and for meeting entry requirements. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical treatment, evacuation and, for treks, high-altitude rescue.

Tell us about any medical conditions when you book so we can advise whether an itinerary suits you.

We arrange the services described in your confirmed itinerary with care, using licensed guides and drivers. We are not responsible for events outside our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest or government restrictions.
